The perfect location to explore anything downtown Springfield! Try the MGM, Basketball Hall of Fame, Big E, or Theodore's Blues brews and barbecue, all within distance. The rooms are on point, and private enough not to be bothered.
The hotel experience was great. Immaculate cleanliness. Hotel lobby was well kept. Hospitality was top notch. The best of all, the price on Booking.com was the same as when I got to the hotel! Hard to do that lately. I rated 4 stars because, although I had a great experience, I felt as though the corridors and elevator were slim/tight and could use some updating. And the parking was awful.
Our stay is always exceptional and relaxing. This hotel is convenient to everything. Customer service is always top tier and the breakfast is superb.
Jason was the ABSOLUTE besttt!!!!! We had a problem with our booking and he not only fixed it fast but efficiently. He has a radiant smile with so much positive energy. Definitely will be recommending this hotel !
We found this room to be an excellent place to rest. We were quite happy that the room was so cozy for the price. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated that the bathroom was stocked with Dove products, and they even provided a face wipe, which, though not Dove, was a thoughtful touch. They offered a good selection of breakfast items, which we enjoyed before departing at 10:00 AM. As a helpful note, we were informed that if the parking area is full, we could park in the numbered spaces, as the signs have not yet been removed. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Stayed there for only one night however hotel staff was great, very personable. The breakfast was great, lots of selection. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable, walking distance to many attractions. I would stay there again, great price
This hotel is truly amazing! I had a noise issue my first night ( teens) and they went above and beyond to make sure they fixed it! And made sure I had an extra stay! Staff is wonderful rooms are extremely clean! House keeping is on top of everything! Highly recommend!
